US-based indie band Mayday Parade comes to us and delivers another fantastic musical creation, this time with "Weekend Music". With this honest and refreshingly nostalgic and raw blend of melodies and lyrics we get a track that speaks not only to our teenage angst, but to the adult version as well. It's a great addition to any playlist and a song that I am sure will be a fan favorite.
There's something about "Weekend Music" that is freeing, relatable and so wonderfully in sync with that need that we tend to hide, to open up and be vulnerable. It's a special track that manages to fit perfectly with the other soundscape that are part of the 'Sugar' album. So listen closely and fall prey to the sweet escape offered by this must-listen gem.
