“‘Vampire Disco started from an instrumental Drew brought into a session that he claimed sounded like a bunch of vampires at a disco. It doesn’t have much to do with the song itself anymore, but we liked this title the most. The song is actually about growing older with someone you know is no longer good for you. It’s a mutually detrimental, rocky relationship, but at this point - you feel like most things are better left unsaid. You stopped asking the questions because the answers only hurt.”
