Uber-talented US-based indie singer/songwriter Zach Hood comes to Wolf in a Suit once more and gives us the bittersweet taste of "not them". With this wonderfully honest and down-to-earth showcase of feelings and emotions, he paints a picture quite human and truly relatable for most, if not all of us. It's a soundscape that explores the aftermath of a breakup and how we start thinking about what could have been different and what could maybe have kept things going.
There's something quite refreshing about the way in which the verses come together within the realm of "not them" that allows us to really feel it ours from start to end. It's a tale that knows that sadly the mind and the heart tend to find the solutions too late, when there's no chance of going back to what was. So listen closely and find a bit of closure and healing within the confines of this personal and magical must-listen gem. Enjoy!

“‘not them’ is about the thoughts you have after a breakup and what you wish you could have done differently. You know where you could have improved to maybe make the relationship work, but the damage is already done and you know it will never be the same. No matter what you say or what you do, you will never get back to what it felt like at the beginning.”
