There is no hiding the fact that indie band Lenox Hills has quickly becomed one of my personal favorites, and “Lights Off” is further proof as to why. This song is catchy, fun and something about it just clicks and makes you feel as if this reality was always yours. It’s a song that explores the harsh reality of a toxic relationship and how happiness can appear when it all comes crashing down.
There’s something about “Lights Off” that is sure to find a home in more than a few listeners, because let’s be honest, most (if not all) have been relationships that would not qualify as healthy. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that the arrangement is amazing and really balances vocals and instruments in a way that pulls you in an instant. So, listen closely and sing along to the exciting tale that dwells within this must-listen gem. Enjoy!
