Irish indie singer/songwriter Eiza Murphy comes to Wolf in a Suit once more and delivers the bittersweet sonic creation that is "Haunted". With this wonderfully crafted blend of melodies and lyrics, she opens up her heart and soul to share a tale about loving someone who does not love you back. She adds to the poetic tragedy of this story, by making this other person be in love with someone else, causing the heart to break even more.
There's something quite hypnotizing and relatable about this soundscape, allowing it to connect the dots and feel as much ours as it is hers. Her voice embraces the pain found in "Haunted" in a way that caresses our senses, inviting to shed a few tears for her and for those stories that are/were ours as well.
