‘Whisper in the Wind’ by The Como Brothers

Rating: 4 out of 5.

US-based indie band/duo The Como Brothers comes to Wolf in a Suit with an amazing showcase of talent and storytelling courtesy of their latest album, “Whisper In The Wind”. With this album, they manage to open their hearts and souls and create something special with the album as a whole and with each song individually.

With this proper set of songs, they offer us a chance to dive into a wide array of worlds. Some are sure to hit the mark immediately, while others might require for you to listen a little more, but I am sure you will still find a home in them. For they all come alive from the beauty of our fragile nature, the one we all share, our humanity and the everlasting capacity of our hearts to feel.

They understood this so clearly that I honestly could not find a song within the ‘Whisper In The Wind’ that did not evoke something for me in one way or another. It’s impossible not to feel as each word, each verse, each song has something to say.

I typically share specifics, but I have taken a different route as of late, and as seen on my last review, I don’t want to get to overly technical but instead share what I felt with this album. I felt connected, I felt seen and I felt that they were telling stories that while truly theirs, also felt like they could be mine. They spoke to my heart, to my soul and to every inch of me, allowing me to sing along quite naturally from the moment I pressed that always enticing play button.

So, I want to invite you to do the same, embark on an adventure and find a story that will move you and fully speak to you within this amazing album, ‘Whisper In The Wind’.
