“Choirs to heaven” by Lea Porcelain

German indie pop-rock band Lea Porcelain comes to Wolf in a Suit for the first time with the mesmerizing musical creation that is “Choirs to Heaven”. With this surreal and uniquely intoxicating blend of melodies and lyrics the band grabs a hold of our heart and soul and offers us the chance to escape from reality into a new realm. The soundscape unfolds with an unnatural ease and manages to find its home within us giving our senses a new and haunting experience. The visuals go perfectly hand in hand with the way the arrangement of the instruments and vocals become one caressing something deep within us. So listen, see and embrace the sweet magic of this must listen/must see gem. Enjoy!

“Me and the band have been friends for a long time now. During Corona, we were all feeling so isolated. We were all listening to their new songs and we had the idea of putting all these feelings we had into a music video. Choirs to Heaven became the soundtrack to my isolation to be honest… the song and lyrics both fit the situation and mood perfectly. We also luckily had the chance to work with the perfect crew. The location was Berlin’s infamous Funkhaus – and it was such a blessing. I don’t think anybody ever (not even Hollywood!) was allowed to use all these rooms for just one video… and the real star for me was Lera. I really don’t think I have to say a lot about why she was more than a perfect fit for this.” – Peter Kaaden
