False Heads

Uk based indie punk-rock band False Heads knows how to deliver the goods and this time they do so with the powerful gem that is “Yellow”. The guys continue to stay true to themselves and their beliefs and give us a track that is aimed at society and how the clash of ignorance and reality has gone on for too long when it comes to religion. The track carries a message that needs to be heard with close attention because it is sure to connect and click with what you see around you no matter where you are at. So enter their electric soundscape and let their verses tell you something you need to hear. Enjoy!

[su_quote cite=”Luke Griffiths – Lead Singer/Guitarist for False Heads”]Like the rest of the EP, ‘Yellow’ was written in our container where we rehearse, a storage container we rent out and pretty much everything comes out of there. We bring riffs and melodies from home and put them in a melting pot. We had the verses and choruses really contrasting and just wanted a big, almost metal beatdown in the middle to come out of nowhere. The lyrics were influenced from a Christopher Hitchens story – I wanted to discuss my views on the impact of religion on society, and the consequences of playing ignorance to reality – “the less I know…”[/su_quote]
