“WEREWOLF is about people who bring out the worst in you and about not even being able to recognize yourself anymore. The song is about fighting with someone you love, but things just get toxic and even dangerous together.
I wanted to write a story about not liking yourself in fights and discussions. I found myself in these situations often, where i said some things or acted in a certain way and was like 'why am i like this? I feel like I'm not even myself anymore'. I think that some people trigger parts inside of you, which you can't even control anymore. Like a werewolf, who's transforming under a full moon, ready to go on a rampage.”
