"I wrote this song from my own personal experience with depression. I found the motivation to respond and overcome that difficult moment through the love for my family. I wanted to create an anthem that would inspire others to fight back and take control of their lives.

Everyone on social media seems to have the perfect life and relationship. But let's be real, we're all just human, and we all have our struggles. As a singer, I want to keep it real with my fans and encourage them to fight for their own happiness. It's okay to admit that you're not okay and to work on yourself."
