- “Understand”: If you are looking for a good cathartic cry then this song has the right blend of melodies, lyrics and vocals to get you to feel something.
‘You Feel it Too’ by Palomino Band
US-based indie rock band Palomino Band comes to Wolf in a Suit for the first time, and they do so with the intoxicating body of work that is ‘You Feel It Too’. With this refreshingly raw and honest blend of melodies and lyrics they explore the inner works of the rock genre in order to give life to tales so human and so palpable. With this album they managed to connect the sounds of the 90’s grunge scene with the contemporary alternative rock arrangements of today, sprinkled with a bit of punk rock in the mix.
‘You Feel It Too’ is an exciting album that manages to feel like home from the moment we press play, inviting us to sing along and let go of all we feel limits our human nature, pushing us to scream, to cry, to laugh and to live as all these stories come alive. There’s no denying it, there’s no escaping it, there’s no walking away from the sweet escape provided by this in-your-face soundscape. It’s a perfect addition to any digital and physical collection, having all the ingredients to not only become a fan favorite but a contender for giving new life to the rock genre within the indie scene.
There’s no going wrong with any of the songs, they have managed to craft stories that are sure to speak to most if not all who listen, while staying true to their essence and the rawness of the rock genre. Therefore, I will not build up on my favorites beyond what I’ve already written, because I want you to find your owns sounds to enjoy and feel yours. ‘You Feel It Too’ is an amazing body of work that deserves to not only be heard, but thoroughly enjoyed and explored, paying attention to each song as the dots start to connect and the feelings start to surge inside you.
