Meet HOAX
This band in particular is one of the first ones to ever become a prime source for great music for me. From the first listen I just knew they had something special and unlike their name, they were the real deal. Not only that but they are based in the wonderful state I call home, Texas, please welcome once more to a place that I hope they call home, the fantastic guys of HOAX.
They come to Wolf in a Suit with an exciting and wonderful body of work that showcases their growth as musicians, lyricist, artists and as people. With this songs, they explore a variety worlds that connect with one another in a way that leaves us breathless and hooked from start to end. They speak from their hearts and their souls, giving us a chance to open up and find a bit of ourselves within these soundscapes they have crafted with such care and gentle passion.
There’s no denying that they have talent, but not only that, they also have that unknown touch of the goddess of music that makes them absolutely mesmerizing. This band is one of the best out there in every aspect, for they understand that music is an experience and each song, album, ep, music video put forth by them is exactly that: unique experiences that caress our senses and let our imagination run wild.
So come with me and let us dive into the beautiful unknown place that they have created just for us and that awaits within their sound. Enjoy what can only be described as a contemporary musical masterpiece meant to be heard and explored by all music lovers.

“Behind all the facades we put up, under all the masks we wear – there we are: Ourselves in Being form. It used to be very hard for me to explain what it meant ‘to be’ to other people. And believe me – I know I am not original in this line of questioning.
For God’s sake, we all know what Shakespeare said through Hamlet, but as the album developed, it became clear to me that ‘being’ is synonymous with ‘peace’. And that peace looks different in everyone’s mirror. It starts with self-reflection, and never ends with anything other than life devotion to your truest form.
I’ve said it so many times throughout our career, but if there is anything you take away from listening to HOAX and this album, it’s to please prioritize your peace. We are only here for a moment in the blip of infinity, and during that blink, our peace and being will always be under the scrutiny of the randomness and chaos of life.
Perfect the art of sitting still, to know yourself, show and embody empathy, and be authentic to your peace.”
Michael Raj of HOAX
