“I wanted to write a song that describes how anxiety can feel sometimes, especially when it doesn’t go away. I wanted the lyrics to really capture the lower moments, but i wanted the track itself to feel bubbly and opposite to the lyrics to really encapsulate the chaos that sometimes comes with being in your own head”
