Indie singer/songwriter Tessa Violet comes to us once more with the sweet escape from reality that is “Wishful Drinking”. With this enticing and refreshingly hypnotizing blend of melodies and lyrics, the uber-talented indie goddess gives life to another fine showcase of passion, talent, and a unique dose of subtle and fresh peace that allows us to relax and simply listen. Her track is unique from beginning to end but still serves up the right amount of fragile and relatable humanity that allows us mere mortals to connect the dots and feel the track as ours. There’s something about that makes for an instant fan favorite and personally makes me feel something that I can’t quite put my finger on but I definitely want to share the experience. Enjoy!
