“Who knew” by Kalyna Rakel
Canadian indie singer/songwriter Kalyna Rakel gives us a track that is just too cool for school with her gem, “Who knew”. The talented artist sets down some truly honest and personal lyrics and then she adds the blues with sweet doses of old school rock and a certain folk-like storytelling that put together make it a soundscape for the ages. She opens up her heart and soul for us to be mesmerized by and immediately connect with the beauty of her verses. The track is without a shadow of a doubt one of the closest forms of perfection I have heard in the current music scene and it is just so humanly real and romantic in its exploration of what love can be like.
