Malak
Canada based indie singer/songwriter Malak explores her own artistic and creative range and capacity and from this comes the gem that is “Hard Pill”. The young artist lets her verses unfold and take shape and form creating a soundscape that is relatable and familiar to the listeners. She speaks of love and how hard it can be at times, for not everything is as easy as the fairy tales make it seem. Sometimes it shows you that maybe you can understand that person and you can be understood as well since in a way you are made to be together. As hard as the pill is to swallow, it is yours and it’s your decision to be there or not. Love is not only about the easy things but about pushing through the bad together and coming up on top.
