Canadian indie singer/songwriter Gabrielle Shonk takes lyrics and gives then visual that strangely manage to reflect the story that dwells in them perfectly. Say hello to the music video for her must listen gem “Raindrops”, which oddly enough was shot in the Californian dessert back in December of 2017. There’s a special connection between the melodies and the scenery that perfectly resonate with the listener and the feeling of longing and waiting that is felt in the verses. Plus Gabrielle has a special touch in her voice that makes it haunting and inviting to us. She is able to grasp the bittersweet blend of emotions and tell us as a story that is connected with who we are and what we’ve been through. Honestly, there’s no going wrong here and the combination is just out of this world extraordinary. Enjoy!
